Rev360 & NRS e-invoicing
A coordinated programme across tax, books, invoice data, technology and day-to-day controls.

The readiness pathway
A portal account alone does not make a business ready. We establish what applies, repair the foundation and coordinate the right implementation route.
Taxpayer category, access, filings, records, invoice volume and current systems.
Books, opening balances, customer data, tax IDs, approvals and process ownership.
Coordinate the MBS portal, verified provider or separately assessed integration route.
Validate successful, rejected and interrupted scenarios before operational handover.
Reconcile invoices, monitor exceptions, support filings and maintain evidence.
Indicative NRS timetable
Dates should be checked against current NRS guidance when an engagement begins.
Large taxpayers
Go-live is complete; the focus is remediation, assurance and provider review.
Medium taxpayers
Go-live was 1 July 2026, followed by post-go-live review activity.
Emerging taxpayers
Engagement is scheduled from January 2027, with go-live on 1 July 2027.
Timetable checked 22 October 2026 against the NRS e-invoicing portal and published coverage of the February 2026 NRS notice.
Common questions
We do not assume that it does. QuickBooks may provide the accounting and source-data layer, while transmission uses the MBS portal, a verified connector, an approved provider or a separately assessed direct integration.
Yes, but the diagnostic must identify the gaps. Clean-up, opening balances and master-data approval must be completed before reliable migration and testing.
No. E-invoicing does not by itself remove filing obligations. The applicable return position and recurring controls remain part of the engagement.
Readiness review
